XLCourier Development History
Start-up and Exploration
At the beginning of 2022, with the fast development of e-commerce, consumers increased their willingness and desire to shop online. From small to large items, not only daily necessities, but also furnitures and products for commuting, can be purchased online. The development of the logistics industry has also accelerated. As the demand for logistics delivery of large products has gradually increased, this has led to the establishment of the XLCourier logistics channel, which was co-founded by several logistics professionals with rich industry experience and forward-looking vision to study and research the service content and development direction of logistics delivery.
Construction and Development
During 2023, our company set up an overseas customer service team and an IT team to build a platform for the XLCourier logistics and transportation network, providing access to tracking and shipment status managed by the customer service team. XLCourier rapidly gained a foothold in the local market with its efficient service, flexible solutions, and a deep understanding of customers’ needs. XLCourier is committed to building a solid customer base, while continuously optimizing internal management processes to provide better services.
Optimisation and Progress
With the rapid growth of business volume, XLCourier launched a regional expansion strategy in June, increasing the coverage of service areas. On the basis of the original areas, new areas in the North East, East and South of England have been added. Subsequently, increasing our coverage by 40%, which basically covering all major cities and densely populated areas in England. During this period, our company not only expanded its transportation network, but also actively introduced information technology, such as the Transportation Management System (TMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS), which enable the entire logistics service to be fully visualized and managed intelligently.
Expansion
In order to meet the delivery need of multiple countries, we have set branches in Canada and Europe. This helps us to better understand the local market situation and expand our service layout.
